Here you can download three exercises for MBSR training (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) according to Prof. Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn.
In order to understand the mindfulness exercises on all levels and to learn a way of dealing with them that is coherent for you, it is useful to have participated in an introduction to the MBSR program. You can get this introduction in the seminars MBSR@WORK or MBSR@LEADERSHIP, which can be booked through FTU.
If it is not possible for you to participate in the FTU seminars, you can also receive this introduction from the certified MBSR trainer Mrs. Bettina Werner, in an individual coaching session. In this case, please contact her directly to make an appointment.
IMPORTANT: If you are in an acute mental crisis, it is possible that these exercises would overwhelm you. Mindfulness training is suitable for psychologically stable people who want to improve the way they deal with stressful situations. If you are unsure, please contact our psychosocial counselors beforehand, where you will receive competent advice.
