Mediation

Within the framework of conflict management, the staff unit offers the mediation process. This is a confidential and structured process in which parties voluntarily and on their own responsibility seek an amicable settlement of their conflict with the help of one or more mediators. The mediator is an independent and neutral person without decision-making authority who guides the parties through the mediation process.
