As a rule, added value is created for everyone involved by dealing with the different views. Sometimes, however, conflicts arise. These can be stressful for the employees concerned and affect the professional environment as well as the work results.

These can be stressful for the employees concerned and affect the professional environment as well as the work results.To prevent conflicts from escalating and conflict structures from becoming more entrenched, the staff unit serves as a point of contact for all KIT members and offers competent assistance: It provides advice on all aspects of conflicts and conducts moderated discussions and mediations for the joint resolution of conflicts. In addition, the staff unit conveys to other conflict management units at KIT, if required.
